【摘要】 目的观察中药制剂金喉雾化剂对声带息肉术后嗓音功能恢复的影响。方法对100例声带息肉术后患者,随机分配为试验组(金喉组)与对照组(西药组)行雾化吸入治疗,术后2周作客观嗓音声学分析及主观嗓音心理听觉评价。结果根据嗓音声学分析,试验组与对照组之间的嗓音数据(Jitter、Shimmer、NNE)值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);根据嗓音心理听觉评价,试验组与对照组之间,嗓音恢复情况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药制剂金喉雾化剂在声带息肉术后嗓音功能恢复方面与西药有相同的治疗效果,能促进嗓音功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of a Chinese medicine,golden throat spray agent,on the voice function improvement after the vocal cords polyps surgery.Methods 100 cases of postoperative patients with vocal cords polyps were randomized assigned to trial group(golden throat group) and control group(western medicine group).All patients received aerosolized treatment,analysis of objective voice data and evaluation of subjective psychological auditory of voice two weeks later.Results We compared parameters including Jitter,Shimmer,NNE and the voice function improment between the two groups and found there were no significant differences(P>0.05)after analysis of objective voice data and subjective psychological auditory of voice.Conclusion The Chinese medicine golden throat spray agent has the same treatment effect as western medicine on the voice function improvement after the Vocal cords polyps surgery,and can promote voice function recovery.更多还原
