【摘要】 随着全球化和信息技术的发展,软实力在国家对外关系中的作用日益突出。中国对非软实力外交对于维护中国的国家利益和扩大中国在非洲的影响力方面发挥了重要作用。中非关系发展的历史表明,中国对非软实力外交之所以取得一定成效与中国始终支持非洲国家完成时代赋予的历史任务有着很大的关系。20世纪50~70年代中国和非洲在反殖反帝反霸的斗争中目标相近,中国坚定支持非洲人民的解放斗争成为中国软实力的重要资源;随着冷战的结束,国际形势发生巨大变化,20世纪末非洲内部冲突不断,经济增长缓慢,处于被边缘化的困境。非洲面临的历史任务变成了和平与发展。中国适时地加强了与非洲的经贸往来,加大了对非洲安全领域的投入。中国对非软实力外交在诸多领域取得一定成就,但是由于内部和外在因素的制约,仍面临很多挑战。如何克服这些挑战,是中国对非外交面临的一项重要课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of globalization and information technology,soft power has played more important role.China’s soft power diplomacy towards Africa has safeguarded her national interests,expanding her influence in Africa.The Development history of Sino- African relationship shows that what China makes achievements in soft power diplomacy relates to that China has unswervingly supported African countries accomplish their historical task in each phase.From 1950s to1970s,China supported African countries fight for national independence and economic independence.After the end of the Cold War,the historical task for African countries has changed to peace and development And China has strengthened her economic ties with African,increasing her aid,and making more contributions to African security issues.These measures enhanced China’s soft power diplomacy in Africa.For the reason of the internal and external factors,China’s soft power diplomacy has met many challenges.How to promote China’s soft power in Africa is an important topic for China’s diplomacy towards Africa in the future.更多还原
