挖掘机工作装置测控系统的虚拟仪器化
Virtual Instruments in the Manipulator of Excavator and Control System
【摘要】 由于挖掘机工作装置的结构存在时变性、液压系统存在非线性,工作装置的理论建模困难,加之挖掘机工作环境恶劣,工况多变,使得挖掘机工作装置的控制难度较大.该文针对挖掘机工作装置的检测与控制的实验系统,采用虚拟仪器技术,通过虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW和PC计算机实现测控系统的数据采集、控制运算、控制输出、友好的用户界面,以实现对工作装置液压系统的压力、液压缸的位置、温度、流量的显示,直观地观察挖掘机工作装置的运行情况.
【Abstract】 It is difficult to control the manipulator of excavator due to the following factors: the time variation in structure manipulator of excavator,nonlinearities in hydraulic actuators and disturbance owing to the contact with the ground.In this paper,with the help of virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW and PC computer,the data acquisition,control algorithms,control output,user-friendly interface of the measurement and control system are achieved,which are used for the detection and control of experimental systems of manipulator of excavator,so that the work pressure of the hydraulic system,the position of hydraulic cylinder,temperature can be displayed and the operation of the manipulator of excavator can be directly observed.
