催化转化器内单孔道化学反应的研究
The Research of Chemical Reactions of Single Span Way in Catalytic Converter
【摘要】 基于三效催化转化器内部化学反应机理以及化学动力学模型,使用大型通用计算流体力学软件FLUENT进行数值仿真。首先,建立2种三维单孔道模型;其次,通过数值模拟得到尾气各组分的质量分布、组分分布随孔道长度变化的关系以及反应过程中孔道温度的变化关系。结果表明:净化器中单孔道内催化反应主要发生在孔道前端,前端载体的利用率高于后端载体,孔道边缘比孔道中心有更高的转化率以及孔道的形状对组分边缘处的转化效率影响较大。以上研究为净化器的性能分析提供了有效的计算依据。
【Abstract】 Based on chemical mechanism and chemical kinetics model in catalytic converter,using computational fluid dynamics software,such as FLUENT,can help conduct numerical simulation. Firstly,two 3D single span way models are established. And then,mass distribution of exhaust components,the relationship between component distribution and the channel length,and the change of temperature in the heart of single span way are obtained. The results show that the chemical reactions mainly occur in front of single span way,the use rate of front carriers is higher than the end of carriers,the rate of conversion of channel edge is higher than the core of channel,and the structure of span way has an important impact on the rate of conversion. The study can provide an effective theory method for analyzing the performance of TWC.
