框架结构围护保温复合墙板的力学性能研究
Mechanical properties of frame structure building envelope insulation composite wallboard
【摘要】 框架结构围护保温复合墙板是一种集围护、保温于一体的新型预制板材。通过对2片围护保温复合墙板加载、撞击、吊挂等试验,研究墙板在不同荷载形式作用下的变形特点及受力性能,根据试验结果,对比其力学性能指标,参考有限元计算结果,对墙板作进一步优化设计。结果表明,围护保温复合墙板具有良好的力学性能,其实验结果可为实际工程应用与墙板制作提供参考。
【Abstract】 The composite insulation wallboard of frame structure is a new prefabricated plate which specializes in enclosing and insulation.Through the loading test,bump test and hanging test for two pieces of composite insulation wallboard,we research the deformation characteristics and mechanical properties of wallboard specimen in different load cases.According to the test re sults,contrast with the mechanical performance index,with reference to the finite element calculation result,further improve the design of wallboard.The result shows that the composite insulation wallboard has good mechanical properties,which will provide with reference for the application of practical engineering and the production of wallboard.
