基于云模型与熵权的煤矿安全评价
Evaluation of coal mine safety based on cloud model and entropy weight
【摘要】 煤矿事故的频频发生,使得煤矿生产这项复杂的系统工程受到非常严重的制约。为正确评价煤矿的安全状况,避免造成生命危险和财产损失,针对目前煤矿安全评价中常采用的层次分析法、灰色关联分析、模糊综合评判等方法部分忽略或忽略评价中的不确定性因素,导致模糊指标精确化、指标权重主观化、随机指标缺省化等现象,文章以某矿业集团4个煤矿为例,以综合考虑影响煤矿安全评价各种因素的为基础,构建了指标体系,并使用基于云模型和熵权的模型对其安全程度进行合理评价,确定出4个煤矿的安全等级,作为深入提高煤矿安全管理水平的依据。
【Abstract】 The coal mine production is a very complicated system engineering,coal mine accident restricts the coal mine production seriously.To correctly evaluate the coal mine safety condition,avoiding the life-threatening and property damage,in view of the fact that the uncertainty factors in the evaluation are partly ignored or ignored in analytic hierarchy process,gray correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which are used in evaluation of coal safety currently,which leads to the phenomena of making fuzzy index accurate,making index weight subjective,or random indicators defaulted,this paper takes 4 coal mines of one coal company as examples,based on considering various influencing factors of coal safety,constructs the index system,uses the model which is on the basis of cloud model and entropy weight to evaluate the 4 coal mines reasonably,determines the grades of 4 coal mines safety,and lays foundation for improving coal mine safety.
