VCSEL发光特性模拟

【Abstract】 The performance of vertical-cavity semiconductor laser(VCSEL) is better than the traditional edge-emitting lasers,in many applications have occupied an increasingly important position to research its value it is necessary to understand its characteristics.This article to adopt SILVACO simulation software to simulate the light-emitting properties and thermal properties of the VCSEL.Some parameters of the luminous and thermal characteristics of the VCSEL,to illustrate the actual work.更多还原
