【Abstract】 The project management of new product development is faced with problems.One of the reasons is that systemization R&D management platform is not formed.By introducing the Integrated Product Development(IPD),the framework of R&D management system and project management process is put forward.On this basis,the PLM platform of research management system is discussed.Taking the R&D project management of automotive supplies manufacturing company in Guangdong as an example,the important role of IPD R&D management system platform is presented combined with Teamcenter PLM.更多还原
