座体零件侧壁窗框卧式四轴加工的实现
Body parts side window frame implementation of horizontal four axis machining
【摘要】 对铸件毛坯侧壁窗框的加工,可在展开缠绕边界的基础上进行2D刀路设计,再利用CAM的旋转轴取代功能实现其到卧式四轴加工刀路的转换;实际加工时还必须先预测坯料余量分布的均匀性,并由此选择其铣切加工的刀路方案,对余量分布不均匀的状况做对刀设置的调整;同时,为获得满足要求的柱面铣切质量,对平底铣刀底刃质量提出了要求。
【Abstract】 Processing of castings in the rough sidewall window frames,do 2D knife road design on winding boundary expand and use CAM of rotating axis to function implementation its to horizontal four axis processing knife road of conversion.Actual processing also must predict the uniformity of the distribution of blank margin,and thus choose their milling parallel machining tool path program.Otherwise must adjust knife set.The same time,propose requirements to the quality of the bottom edge of the flat cutter.
