【摘要】 以我国轿车工业中国际合资企业(IJV)竞争性战略联盟为实证研究对象,通过结构方程模型对关系性资产至于战略联盟协同的影响效应进行研究。研究结果表明:关系性资产对于战略联盟协同产生直接影响,并通过联盟系统结构对战略联盟协同产生间接影响,但是,关系性资产对于战略联盟协同的正向影响不显著,而对战略联盟系统结构的形成产生显著的正向影响;战略联盟系统结构对于战略联盟协同的正向影响也不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the effects of relational assets on synergy of strategic alliances by SEM based on IJV of China’s auto industry. It reveals that relational assets have a direct impact and an indirect impact though the system structure on synergy of strategic alliance. But synergy of strategic alliances is not significantly positive related to relational assets and the system structure of strategic alliance although the effects of relational assets on the system structure of strategic alliances are positive.更多还原
