混合渠道分销企业动态库存及分配策略

【摘要】 基于企业实时库存状态提出动态库存分配方式及在线需求分配原则,建立动态分配双目标优化模型,采用基于精英重组的混合多目标进化算法求解模型,并在此基础上提出基于双目标优化的仿真方法。算法实现了各时刻满足各地在线需求的期望总边际成本与时间满意度协同最优,并通过系统总成本最优得到最优的配送中心库存水平,最后通过数据集仿真及算法对比证明了动态库存及分配策略的优越性。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes principles of dynamic inventory allocation and online demand distribution on the basis of the enterprise’s real-time inventory status,establishes dynamic distribution bi-objective optimization model,solves the model by an elite-recombination based hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm,and on this basis puts forward a bi-objective optimization based simulation method. The algorithm achieves collaborative optimization of the expected marginal cost and time satisfaction each time meeting the online demand,and through minimizing system total cost obtains the optimal inventory level of distribution center. Simulation and algorithm comparison of data sets demonstrate the superiority of the dynamic inventory and distribution strategy.
