【摘要】 在考虑情境因素的基础上,架构了以治理机制为中介变量、外显情境和内隐情境为调节变量,包含知识属性、知识资源在内的知识治理影响因素的概念模型。基于问卷调查数据,采用回归分析验证模型。结果表明:治理机制居于中介核心地位;知识距离、成员博弈类型会反方向影响知识治理绩效,但内隐情境却在总体上表现对知识治理绩效的正向推动;宽容、信任、容忍程度越高的企业氛围,越可能抵减由于知识距离、成员博弈类型对知识治理带来的负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper constructs a theory mode in consideration to the context factor,the mediating effect of governance mechanism and the knowledge attribute and knowledge resource.Result shows that the governance mechanism,which is a mediating factor,plays an important role.specific implicit context、climate full of trust、tolerance will weaken the bad influence brought by the knowledge difference、the game type of staff is also proved.更多还原
