LaCoO3超细粒子的模板法制备及光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以La2O3和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为主要原料,用"模板法"结合"热处理"技术制备LaCoO3超细粒子,用TG-DSC、TEM、XRD、FT-IR检测手段进行表征;以15 W紫外灯为光源,用甲基橙溶液的光催化降解测试超细粒子的催化活性。结果显示:La-Co湿凝胶经170℃真空干燥,可制得粒径小于10 nm不完全晶化的超细粒子;经800℃热处理,可得到粒径介于50 nm~120 nm具有一定光催化活性的斜方晶系钙钛矿型LaCoO3。

【Abstract】 Using La2O3 and Co(NO3)2·6H2O as raw material,ultrafine La-Co was prepared by template method in which PEG was severed as template agent while vacuum drying technology being adopted.The prepared materials’ crystal structure and morphology were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD,FT-IR and TEM.The photocatalytic activity of ultrafine La-Co powders was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange(MO) solution under 15 W UV light irradiation.The results show that at 170 ℃,the incomplete crystalline La-Co ultrafine particles with the size less than 10 nm can be obtained,and the crystalline phases were La(NO3)3·4H2O and LaONO3.At 800 ℃,the size of the particles increased to 50-120 nm,and the nanocrystalline LaCoO3 had a perfect rhombohedral perovskite structure.
