稀土复合絮凝剂的制备及其絮凝性能研究

【摘要】 以混合稀土氯化物、铝粉、氯化铝为原料,制备了稀土复合絮凝剂(PAC-RE)和聚合氯化铝(PAC),通过高岭土模拟水样絮凝实验表明,在投药量为10-4.5mol/L时PAC-RE的浊度去除能力较PAC提高了近一倍,而且两者的差别在投药量较小时更为显著。考察了两种絮凝剂处理后水中的残余铝含量情况,结果表明在较小投加量时PAC-RE铝含量下降更为迅速,在投加量为10-4mol/L~10-3.5mol/L时残余铝含量可降到0.02 mg/L,不同pH值下的絮凝实验表明PAC-RE与PAC的最佳絮凝pH值范围为6~8。

【Abstract】 Rare earth composite flocculant(RE-PAC) and PAC have been made with mixed rare earth chloride,aluminum powder and aluminum chloride.The result of treating kaolin-simulated suspending liquid indicated that the ability of RE-PAC to remove turbidity was double than that of PAC when the concentration of Al was 10-4.5 mol/L,at the same time their difference was more evidence at the low addition of flocculant.The residual aluminum in water after disposed by RE-PAC declined more speedy than that of PAC at the low addition and the residual aluminum was lower.Flocculation test at different pH showed that their optimal flocculation pH range is 6~8.
