【摘要】 当前湖南省幼儿园体育教育人才面临着相关主体对幼儿园体育教育认识不足、幼儿园体育教育内容和手段单一、幼儿园体育教育师资和教学条件薄弱、幼儿园体育教育发展地域差异较大、幼儿园体育教育实施的法理依据立法层次较低、幼儿园体育教育师资兼职人员比重严重超高等方面的问题。要破解当前湖南省幼儿体育教育发展中的一系列困难与问题,还须各级政府担负起发展幼儿体育教育的职责,寻求多种途径解决当前幼儿园体育教育人才紧缺的瓶颈。更多还原
