沈阳市幼儿园教师心理健康现状与发展对策
On the Psychological Health of Kindergarten Teachers
【摘要】 本研究采用测量和问卷调查的方法探索沈阳市10所幼儿园共190名教师的心理健康状况,结果发现幼儿园教师心理健康水平普遍偏低。维护和促进幼儿园教师的心理健康,既需要教师个人的主观努力,也需要社会和幼儿园的全力关心与支持。
【Abstract】 The research on the psychological health of kindergarten teachers in Shenyang city showed that the status was poor.To improve the teachers’ psychological health,there need attentions and supports from the society,kindergartens and teachers themselves.
