县级地质灾害动态管理系统研究——以文成县为例
On Dynamic Management System of Geological Disasters at the County Level——A Case Study of Wencheng County
【摘要】 针对文成县防灾减灾的需求,分析和总结了地质灾害信息的特点,设计了可扩展的数据结构以及地质灾害上报、更新和审核的一体化巡查管理方法,以适应地质灾害巡查管理需求,根据实验分析,提出了结合自动判别和人工判别的影像金字塔更新方法,实现对栅格环境背景信息的动态更新,构建了临灾辅助分析模型为地质灾害应急救援提供支撑,在此基础上,设计并实现了基于Web的文成县地质灾害动态管理系统.通过实际应用表明,该系统功能丰富,运行稳定,能有效的管理地质灾害信息.
【Abstract】 According to the demand of preventing and reducing disasters in Wencheng County,and combined with the characteristics of geological disaster information and auxiliary environment background information,this paper designs a kind of extensible data structure to match all kinds of geological disasters,and by means of the depots storage technology to manage various geological disaster information efficiently. At the same time,the paper adopts the self-adaptive updating method to organize some environment background information effectively like remote sensing images and constructs the disaster auxiliary analysis model to simulate the occurrence and development of geological disaster. On the basis of this,the paper designs and achieves the Web-based geological disaster information management system of Wencheng County. The practical application shows that the system is of rich functions and operates stably,so it is able to manage geological disaster information effectively.
