【摘要】 为建立赶黄草适宜采收期提供依据。在赶黄草不同生育时期采样,进行株高、植株重量、分部位重量、总黄酮和槲皮素含量测定。结果表明,赶黄草植株重量在花期达到最大,其中叶片和茎的增长是产量形成的主要部位;总黄酮和槲皮素含量随赶黄草植株的生长整体呈下降趋势;槲皮素主要分布在赶黄草的叶和花中,在茎和分枝的含量极少。建议赶黄草药材和叶片的适宜采收期为花期。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide basis for selecting best harvest time of Herba Penthori,the plant height,plant weight,part weight,total flavonoids and quercetin content of Penthorum plants which were taken at different growth stages were determined. The result showed that plant weight reached the maximum at anthesis,of which the leaf and stem growth were the main parts of its yield. The content of total flavonoids and quercetin decreased with the overall growth of Penthorum plants. Quercetin was mainly distributed in Penthorum leaves and flowers and with little content of stem and branches. It was concluded that the best harvest time of Penthorum plants and Penthorum leaves was anthesis.更多还原
