水稻叶片扫描结构与稻瘿蚊抗性的关系
Relationship between Leaf Structure of Scanning and Resistant Ability to Rice Gall Midge
【摘要】 以多个稻瘿蚊抗性和敏感种质为材料,对它们的叶片细胞特征进行了扫描电镜观察,研究水稻叶片细胞特征与抗稻瘿蚊的关系。结果表明,抗稻瘿蚊和敏感稻瘿蚊水稻种质叶片上下表皮形态、细胞类型和排列类似,硅相对含量(wt.%)与稻瘿蚊抗性显著正相关,相关系数达0.9062;气孔宽、气孔宽/长比、气孔密度与稻瘿蚊抗性负相关;硅细胞大小、面积、密度与稻瘿蚊抗性关系不大;气孔长、气孔边缘上的乳突数与稻瘿蚊抗性关系不大;长细胞大小和面积、栓细胞面积及刺毛密度与稻瘿蚊抗性相关不大。说明部分叶片细胞特征与稻瘿蚊抗性密切相关。
【Abstract】 In order to study the relationship between cell character of leaf and resistant ability to rice gall midge,cell characters of leaf were observed under scanning electron microscopy using several resistant and sensitive rice germplasms. The results showed that cell character of leaf such as adaxial epidermis,abaxial epidermis,cell type and arrangement were similar between resistant rice germplasm and susceptible rice germplasm to rice gall midge. There was positive correlation between the silicon relative content( wt. %) and rice gall midge resistance with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9062. The width of stomatic apparatus,the ratio of width and length of stomatic apparatus and the density of stomatic apparatus were negative correlated with the gall midge. The size,area,density of silicon cell wasn’t correlated with the resistance to rice gall midge. The length of stomatal apparatus and the number of papillae around stomata weren’t correlated with the resistance to rice gall midge. The size,area of long cell weren’t correlated with the resistance to rice gall midge. The area of cork cell and the density of seta were not correlated with the resistance to rice gall midge. It concluded that cell characters of leaf had close relationship with rice gall midge resistance.
