不同施肥处理对玉米的氨基酸组分及脂肪酸组分的影响

【摘要】 文章以高油玉米珍油玉3号为试验材料,研究施肥条件对该品种氨基酸组分和脂肪酸组分的影响。通过2年的施肥试验,施肥条件为氮磷钾水平Ⅳ(复合肥562.5 kg/hm2,尿素750 kg/hm2)时氨基酸组分产量、脂肪酸组分产量与最大值间均无显著差异,珍油玉3号的籽粒产量为12827 kg/hm2,氨基酸总产量为1082.38 kg/hm2,饱和脂肪酸总量为164.54 kg/hm2,不饱和脂肪酸总量为933.64 kg/hm2,此施肥条件可定为珍油玉3号高产优质生产的指导施肥条件。

【Abstract】 The effects of fertilizer application on the amino acid and the fatty acid was studied though field experiment of Zhenyouyu No. 3.The results showed that,the component products of amino acid and fatty acid were no significant differences with the maximum when the level Ⅳof NPK conditions(compound fertilizer 562. 5kg / hm2,urea 750 kg / hm2),and the grain yield was 12 827 kg / hm2,and the total amino acids was 1082. 38 kg / hm2,and the total saturated fatty acids was 164. 54 kg/hm2,and the total unsaturated fatty acids was 933. 64 kg/hm2. This fertilization condition can be determined as the guidance condition for the high yield and good quality production.
