不同覆土材料中重金属含量对灵芝安全性的影响评价
Effect Assessment of Heavy Metal Content in Different Materials of Casing Soil on Ganoderma lucidum Security
【摘要】 为了了解不同覆土材料中重金属含量对灵芝安全性的影响,对来自省内食用菌产区的5种不同覆土材料(紫色土、灰潮土、草炭土、黄棕壤、姜石黄泥)和相应覆土栽培灵芝中的铅、镉、砷、汞4种重金属元素进行了测定,并对灵芝的重金属富集系数进行了分析。结果表明:不同覆土材料和其栽培灵芝中重金属含量均存在一定差异,灵芝对重金属镉具有较强的富集能力,汞次之,对砷和铅的富集能力最弱。覆土材料对栽培灵芝中重金属累积量有一定的影响作用,其中灰潮土栽培灵芝的重金属富集系数最高,草炭土最低。虽然5种覆土栽培灵芝中均检出一定量的重金属,但未超出国家限量标准,总体上达到安全水平。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the effect of heavy metal content in different materials of casing soil on Ganoderma lucidum security,4 kinds of heavy metals(Pb,Cd,As and Hg) were measured in 5 different materials of casing soil and 5 corresponding cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. The materials of casing soil included purple soil,calcareous alluvial soil,turfy soil,yellow brown soil and ginger-stone-yellow soil. In addition,the heavy metal enrichment factors of Ganoderma lucidum were analyzed. The results showed that there exised certain differences among different materials of casing soil and corresponding cultivated Ganoderma lucidum,and Ganoderma lucidum had high capability of enrichment in Cd,followed by Hg,and the lowest capability of enrichment in As and Pb. The materials of casing soil had certain effect on the amount of heavy metal enrichment in Ganoderma lucidum,which cultivated with calcareous alluvial soil had the highest heavy metal enrichment factor and cultivated with turfy soil had the lowest one. Although a certain content of heavy metals were detected in all Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with 5 different materials of casing soil,none of them were beyond national standard,and generally reached a security level.
