不同时期施氮对功能型水稻产量及籽粒功能成分的影响

【摘要】 在施纯N 120 kg/hm2条件下,研究不同时期施氮对水稻云资粳82号产量及糙米γ-氨基丁酸、总黄酮、生物碱和抗性淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:①氮肥按基肥∶分蘖肥∶穗肥∶促花肥=4∶2∶1∶1施用,诸多农艺性状表现良好,能显著提高有效穗数、穗粒数、结实率和千粒重,产量为10367.55 kg/hm2,比其它处理增产3.24%~26.21%,且有利于总黄酮和抗性淀粉含量积累。②氮肥按基肥∶分蘖肥=1∶1施用,能显著提高γ-氨基丁酸和生物碱含量。

【Abstract】 The elite rice cultivar Yunzijing 82( Japonica) as material,was used to investigate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer time on grain yield and four functional components,including γ-aminobutyric acid( GABA),flavones( FL),alkaloids( AL) and resistant starch( RS) in grains. The nitrogen fertilizer rate during the whole growth period was 120 kg / ha. The results showed that:( i) when the basal manure,tiller fertilizer,panicle fertilizer and bloom fertilizer were setting at the ratio of 4∶ 2∶ 1∶ 1,it had the positive effects on effective panicles,grains per panicle,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight. Meanwhile,the highest grain yield and favorable agronomic traits were observed,which yield could reach 10367. 55 kg / hm2,increasing rate from 3. 24 % to 26. 21 % compared with other treatments. On the other hand,it could be favorable to accumulation of FL and RS.( ii) when the basal manure and tiller fertilizer were setting at the ratio of 1∶ 1,the GABA and AL content were significantly enhanced.
