贵州马铃薯审定品种及区试材料的SSR遗传多样性分析

【摘要】 为弄清贵州马铃薯审定品种和2012年区试材料间的亲缘关系和遗传背景,利用10对SSR引物构建了38份参试材料的指纹图谱,并进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:共检测到113个等位位点,其中64个为多态性位点,多态性比率为57%。每对SSR引物扩增的多态性位点数为4~12个,平均6.4个,多态性信息量变化为0.1445~0.9370,平均0.5098;经聚类分析,在遗传相似系数0.61处,所有参试材料可明显分为3个类群。贵州马铃薯不同品种间的遗传基础较狭窄,同一单位提供的品种遗传关系相近。

【Abstract】 To explore the genetic relationship and background of Guizhou approved and attending regional tests potato in 2012,the fingerprinting and genetic diversity of 38 potato varieties were analyzed by SSR markers.The results showed that 113 alleles were amplified by 10 SSR primer pairs among 38 potato varieties tested with 64 polymorphic alleles.And the polymorphism ratio was 57 %.Polymorphic alleles amplified by each primer pairs ranged from 4 to 12,with a mean of 6.4.The polymorphic information content values(PIC) changed from 0.1445 to 0.9370,with an average of 0.5089.At the genetic coefficient of 0.61,38 potato varieties were divided into three groups.The UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic diversity of the tested potato was relatively narrow and the genetic relationship of the potato cultivars derived from the same origin was similar.
