建立了QuEChERS测定葡萄酒中乙烯菌核利的方法。样品经乙腈提取,丙基乙二胺(Primary Secondary Amine,PSA)净化,冷冻离心分离,氮气吹干,最后采用气相色谱-串联质谱检测。结果表明:乙烯菌核利浓度在25~250μg·L-1时与峰面积有良好的线性关系(R2>0.9900),定量限(10 S/N)为1.3μg·L-1;当添加量在25、50、250μg·L-1时乙烯菌核利的平均回收率为87%~102%,相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviation,RSD)为3.1%~7.3%。因此,该方法定性定量结果准确,适合葡萄酒中乙烯菌核利残留的快速检测。

A QuEChERS method was developed for determination of vinclozolin in wine.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and cleaned up by PSA;Then the extracts was determined with a MS/MS detector based on MRM.The result showed that the linear ranges of the determination were 25-250μg·L-1(R2>0.9900) and the limit of quantitation(10S/N) of this method were 1.3 μg·L-1.When the spiked levels were 25,50,250 μg·L-1,the average recoveries ranged from 87 % to 102 % with RSD(n=5) of 3.1%-7.3 %.This method is suitable f...
