展叶期钾肥不同施用量对富源花魔芋生长发育的影响
Effect of Different Quantity of Potassium Fertilizer Used in Leaf Expansion Stage on Growth and Development of Amorphophallus konjac Fuyuan
【摘要】 本研究比较了展叶期施用不同量的硫酸钾(处理A:65 kg/hm2、处理B:100 kg/hm2、处理C:130 kg/hm2、处理D:180 kg/hm2)后土壤养分和微生物的变化及对富源花魔芋生长发育的影响。土壤分析结果显示:展叶期施用不同量的硫酸钾后土壤全氮、碱解氮略有下降;全磷、全钾下降,下降幅度分别在77.3%~79.8%和63.7%~75.9%;速效磷和速效钾上升,上升幅度分别在26.4%~98.3%和7.8%~54.1%;有效硫、有效锌和有效铜明显下降,下降幅度分别在75.4%~81.3%、24.5%~37.9%和58.2%~65.2%;有效铁和有效锰明显上升,上升幅度分别在642.1%~850.2%和16.4%~75.8%。土壤细菌和放线菌数量增加,真菌数量则降低;处理A、B土壤中细菌和真菌较多,处理C、D土壤中放线菌较多。魔芋的长势调查发现:植株长势良好的是处理B、C;植株发病率最低的是处理C,为8.05%;产量最高的是处理C,大芋重量为0.268 kg/个,生长系数为5.37,折合产量为32216.1 kg/hm2。
【Abstract】 Different quantity of potassium sulfate(treatment A:65 kg/hm2,treatment B:100 kg/hm2,treatment C:130 kg/hm2,treatment D:180 kg/hm2) was used in the leaf expansion stage.The changes of soil nutrients and microbes were compared and the effects on the growth and development of Amorphophallus konjac Fuyuan were studied in this paper.Soil analysis showed that total nitrogen and alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen decreased slightly,and total phosphorus and total potassium decreased respectively by the range of 77.3 %-79.8 % and 63.7 %-75.9 %.The available phosphorus and potassium increased respectively by the range of 26.4 %-98.3 % and 7.8 %-54.1 %.The available sulfur,zinc and copper decreased significantly respectively by the range of 75.4 %-81.3 %,24.5 %-37.9 % and 58.2 %-65.2 %.The available iron and manganese increased significantly respectively by the range of 642.1 %-850.2 % and 16.4 %-75.8 %.The number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes increased,but the number of fungi decreased.The number of bacteria and fungi in the soil of treatment A and B were more than C and D,but the number of actinomycete in the soil of treatment C and D were more than A and B.The investigation of konjac growth showed that the plants in treatment B and C were growing better.The diseases incidence in treatment C was the lowest by 8.05 %.The yield in treatment C was the highest by an average large taro weight of 0.268 kg,and the growing coefficient was 5.37 and the equivalent production was 32216.1 kg / hm2.
