板栗雄性不育种质杂交后代性状变异分析

【摘要】 本文通过表型分析法,对以雄性不育种质为母本的杂交F1代群体变异情况进行了研究。结果表明,①株高、总苞/果枝等生长指标在F1代群体间存在较大变异,除果枝粗度、母枝粗度变异系数较小外,其余各项指标变异系数均在15%以上,变异丰富;②F1代群体中坚果果形指标变异系数均在15%以下,是稳定的性状指标,单粒重变异幅度和变异程度大,达24.2%;无性繁殖后代性状稳定;③总糖含量、蛋白质含量等营养指标在F1代群体间存在不同程度变异,淀粉、水分、蛋白质表现稳定,变异系数小于10%;总糖含量变异程度最大,变异系数89.38%。推测亲本杂种优势在F1代发生性状分离导致杂交后代群体在果实表型性状上发生不同程度的变异,为优良种质筛选奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The variation of phenotypic characteristics in F1 population were examined and analyzed by method of phenotype analysis.The results showed that,(i) Except coarseness of fruit bearing shoot and fruit branch,growth index,such as plant height,the number of burs per fruit branch,and so on,had a great variation with variation coefficient(c.v.%) of more than 15;(ii) Nut characteristics,including height,width and thickness,were relatively stable with c.v.% of lower than 10,variation in average nut weight was great,and the c.v.% is 24.2 in F1 population;all characteristics in asexual propagated offspring were relatively stable;(iii)Variation existed in nutritional components,the content of starch,water and protein were stable with c.v.% of lower than 10,and content of sugar had great variation with c.v.of 89.38 %.The reason of phenotypic variation in F1 population was that heterosis divided in F1,and the variation laid a foundation for choosing excellent germplasm in chestnut.
