【摘要】 利用阿须贝培养基从土壤样品中分离到一株具有自生固氮作用的细菌,编号为GN15。GN15为革兰氏阴性菌,在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基上生长速度快,长势好,通过对其进行形态特征、生理生化特征测定以及16SrDNA序列分析,结果表明,GN15为成团泛菌(Pantoea agglomerans),将其命名为Pantoea agglomerans GN15,对该菌的基础研究为固氮菌肥的研制提供基础的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A free living nitrogen-fixing bacteria strain named GN15 was obtained from Ashby nitrogen-free culture medium.GN15 was a gram-positive bacteria,which grew fast and well on beef extract peptone medium,the morphological and physiological characteristics were detected,and phylogenetic sequences of 16S rDNA were analyzed.The results showed that GN15 was Pantoea agglomerans,which was named Pantoea agglomerans GN15,the its research provided scientific basis for the development of azotobacterin.更多还原
