2种植物源农药对矢尖蚧毒力测定和药效评价

【摘要】 本试验测定了2种植物源农药对柑桔矢尖蚧的室内毒力活性和田间药效评价,并对其进行了研究。结果表明,2种植物源农药的LC50值分别为0.5086和6162 mg/kg,两者均小于40%杀扑磷乳油的LC50值4.7313 mg/kg,说明两者的活性都较40%杀扑磷乳油大,并且2种植物源农药800倍液田间药效基本与40%杀扑磷乳油1000倍防效基本相当,可以在生产上大量推广使用。

【Abstract】 In this trials,the insecticidal activity of the two kinds of botanical pesticides for Unaspis yanonensis(Kuwana)and the control effect in field were studied.The toxicity was determined,and the control effect was analyzed.The results showed that the LC50 of two kinds of botanical pesticides were 0.5086 and 6162 mg/kg,respectively,the LC50 of two kinds of botanical pesticides were smaller than that of 40 % Methidathion,which indicated that LC50 of two kinds of botanical pesticides was higher than that of 40 % Methidathion,and the control effect of the two kinds of botanical pesticides 800 times was equivalent to the 40 % Methidathion 1000 times.
