【摘要】 法国是大陆法系典范国家,是世界上第一个建立国家伦理咨询委员会的国家,也是颁布《生命伦理法(Loi Bioéthique)》较早的西方国家。通过对法国《生命伦理法》立法之路的回顾、研究以及伦理学思考,期望对我国在这一领域的立法思路和目标提供借鉴。提出生命科学医学研究领域在《生命伦理法》的框架下进行科学研究实践的模型和路线,通过这一模型能够更加清晰的展示《生命伦理法》与现代西方生命科学医学研究领域实践活动的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Frence is the model of mainland legal system country,is the first country to establish the national ethics advisory board in the world,and also the earlier western country of promulgating Bioethical Law. This article aims to draw lessons from reviewing,studying and making ethical thinking on the route of legislation in France,as to setting legislative thinking and goals in the mentioned domain in China. Additionally in this article,the model and route of making scientific research in life science and medicine domain within the framework of Bioethics Law were proposed. Through the model,the relationships between the bill and the practical activities in modern western life science and medicine domain can be expressed more clearly.更多还原
