【Abstract】 Ethical issues of medical research in Nobel Prize in medicine are worth well being studied.In 2007,gene targeting technique,the Nobel award,which can be decomposed into four parts: transgenics,homologous recombination,embryonic stem cells and gene knockout.Some stories of this year’s Nobel Prize have brought some thinking on ethics in medical research.In terms of project approval,Capecchi’s research project was rejected due to the low success rate.However,he continued his study and succeeded under others’ support.The approval group thought that despite the decision mistakes,but did not affect the whole,which could be the excuse for the approval defects.In terms of the scientific research cooperation,Evans actively and diplomatically gave his scientific result,embryonic stem cell to Smithies and Capecchi,and thus led to the cooperation of another kind without any article under the joint signature of their names.This kind of cooperation is also worth being explored in medical research ethics.更多还原
