【摘要】 讨论了明代医家龚延贤的《万病回春》中"医家十要"、"病家十要"和"医家病家通病",以此探讨其医德内涵及病人就诊原则等为医学伦理学发展的借鉴,"医家十要"将对医者的行为规范提升到了伦理层面,包括了仁爱之心、专业知识以及对同行的态度等方面。"病家十要"则是从病人的择医方式、生活习惯以及对医生的态度等几个方面来阐述。"医家病家通病"又从病人盲目择医、医生不问清病人病情病史等角度对改善医患关系提出了建设性的意见,对构建和谐医患关系有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focused on the work "Wan Bing Hui Chun" of a famous doctor named Gong Yanxian in Ming Dynasty.The chapters " ten principles for doctors"," ten principles for patients" and " the common mistakes made by both the doctors and patients" were discussed so as to find its medical ethics connotation and the principle of patients while seeing doctors to provide references for the development of medical ethics.The " ten principles for doctors" is mainly about doctors’kindheartedness,their professional skills and their attitudes towards their fraternity. The "ten principles for patients" is mainly about patients’lifestyle and their attitudes towards doctors.While in the chapter of the " the common mistakes made by both the doctors and patients",it gives advice to improve the relationship between doctors and patients based on viewpoints of blind choosing doctors and some doctors don’t make clear the disease history and so on,that will be helpful to establish a harmonious doctor - patient relationship.更多还原
