【Abstract】 In the past two years the increasing of the wage levels in China has caused greater pressure on many industries. In this paper,we build the model including wage level,the industrial structure and the aging of the econometric,and use panel data which are collected from 32 provinces of China from 2008 to 2010 to solve the endogenous problem based on the introduction of instrumental variables. The results show that: the industrial structure upgrade promotes the growth of wage levels,while the influence of aging on wages presents U-shaped change characteristics. Specifically,when the aging rate is less than 9. 1%,the relation between aging rate and the wage level is negative,otherwise,the relation is positive.更多还原
