【摘要】 大学精神文化是大学文化的核心和灵魂。回溯大学千年流变的历史,可梳理出大学精神文化的五大基本元素:大学精神、办学理念、校训、校歌、校风。其中大学精神与办学理念是大学精神文化的"双核",校训与校歌分别是大学精神文化的理性诉求与感性呈现,校风是大学精神与办学理念长期积淀的结果。因此,要加快大学精神文化建设,就必须找准大学自身定位,着力凝练其精神文化的核心元素,并注重其他基本元素的培育,而大学人对这些元素所传递理念的躬身践行更是大学精神文化建设的活力之源。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the core and soul of university cultures,universities’ spiritual culture consist of five elements including university spirit,mission statement,university motto,university anthem,and university style which evolve from over a thousand years of development.As for university spiritual culture,the dual core is composed of university spirit and mission statement,university motto and anthem are their expression and rational demand,and the style of a university stems from the sedimentation and accumulation of the results of the university’s long term practice of its spirit and mission statement.To promote their cultures and spirits,the universities shall correctly position themselves,concentrate on the core elements,and develop other elements.Practice and application of these elements are the source of vitality for the development of universities’ spiritual culture.更多还原
