【摘要】 为了开发文昌鸡饲料资源,本研究根据文昌鸡有采食青饲料、块茎饲料的特性,按佛手瓜50%、大白菜15%、包心菜15%、木瓜20%配成A配方料,按地瓜50%、大白菜15%、包心菜15%、木瓜20%配成B配方料。将A、B配方料分开称重粉碎后,按10%、20%、30%、40%添加量与全价饲料混合,设成8个饲料配方试验组,进行饲喂笼养的60～127日龄文昌鸡试验,试验鸡30只/组。结果表明:A配方料的4个添加组均不能显著改变鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和提高鸡的肌肉品质(P>0.05);B配方料的10%、20%添加组均具有极显著的高日增重(P<0.01)和显著的腿肌24 h贮藏高损失率(P<0.05),B配方料的30%添加组具有极显著的低日增重、胸肌高pH值、腿肌高剪切力和腿肌24 h贮藏高损失率(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to develop the feed resources of Wenchang chickens,this study is based on the intake characteristics of Wenchang chickens for the green feed and tuber feed.Two kinds of feed formulas as supplements are therefore developed.Formula A is composed of 50% chayote,15% Chinese cabbage,15% cabbage and 20% papaya.Formula B is composed of 50% sweet potato,15% Chinese cabbage,15% cabbage and 20% papaya.Having weighed and grinded the Formula A and B separately,both formulas are mixed up as supplements to be added in to the complete feed with the proportions of 10%,20%,30%,and 40% respectively.As a result,8 testing groups using differential formulated feed were established,compared with the control group,to feed the caged 60-day to 127-day Wenchang chickens,with 30 chickens in each group.The results showed that four kinds of mixtures containing different proportions of Formula A did not significantly alter the Wenchang chicken growth performance,slaughter performance and improve muscle quality(P>0.05).Both 10% and 20% of Formula B added to the complete feed indicated the daily weight gain dramatically(P<0.01),and significant leg muscle 24h storage loss rate(P<0.05).The mixture containing 30% of Formula B indicated significant low daily weight gain,high pH value of breast muscle,high leg muscle shear force and high leg muscle 24h storage lose rate(P<0.01).更多还原
