【摘要】 目的:了解男性性功能障碍不育患者的辅助生殖技术助孕治疗状况。方法:选择近4年在我院因男性性功能障碍进行IUI和IVF-ET或ICSI治疗的18对不孕症夫妇做研究对象,统计他们的不孕因素、周期妊娠率和累积妊娠率。结果:IUI的周期妊娠率为18.2%,累积妊娠率为47.1%;IVF/ICSI的周期妊娠率为60.0%,累积妊娠率为75.0%。总体上,平均每对夫妇经历2.7周期的助孕治疗,获得累积临床妊娠率61.1%。结论:辅助生殖技术是解决性功能障碍患者的生育问题的快捷有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the outcome of assisted reproductive technology therapy in the treatment of infertility caused by male sexual dysfunction. Method: We reviewed eighteen couples who came to our hospital during the past four years suffering from male sexual dysfunction. They received the treatment of intrauterine insemination( IUI),in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVFET) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection( ICSI). We recorded their infertile causes,the cyclical pregnancy rate and the cumulative pregnancy rate. Results: IUI cyclical pregnancy rate was 18. 2%. The cumulative pregnancy rate was 47. 1%. The IVF / ICSI cyclical pregnancy rate was 60. 0%. The cumulative pregnancy rate was 75. 0%. In general,the cumulative clinical pregnancy rate of all couples reached 61% after they experienced an average of 2. 7 cycles of assisted reproductive treatment. Conclusion: Assisted reproductive treatment is an effective and efficient approach to address infertility in patients with sexual dysfunction.更多还原
