【摘要】 目的:探讨输精管吻合术后输精管复通的影响因素。方法:通过检索相关文献,了解输精管吻合术后输精管复通的影响因素。结果:1、患者结扎术与吻合术的间隔时间越短,吻合效果越好。2、不同的手术方式可能导致不同的输精管吻合术结果,支架的使用能够提高输精管吻合复通率,但自运用好显微外科技术进行输精管吻合术后,支架的使用减少。3、手术医生的技术熟练程度对输精管吻合复通起着关键性作用。4、结扎术后精液囊肿及精子肉芽肿的出现会影响输精管的复通率。结论:输精管吻合术是一种精细化的重建术,术后输精管的复通与患者结扎术与吻合术的间隔时间、吻合术的技术因素、手术医生的技术熟练程度等因素相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To probe into influence factors in vasectomy reversal.Methods:To investigate the influence factors in vasectomy reversal by relevant literatures search.Results:1.The result of vasectomy reversal is better in those with shorter obstructive interval between operation of vasectomy reversal and ligature.2.The method of operation may influence the result of vasectomy reversal.The use of stent can increase the reversal rate of vasectomy.However,since microsurgical technique had been put into use for vasectomy reversal,the use of stent has decreased.3.Physician’s operation skill is the key influence factor on vasectomy reversal.4.Spermatocele or sperm granuloma after operation may influence the reversal rate of vasectomy.Conclusion:Vasectomy reversal is a kind of fine reconstruction.The result of vasectomy reversal may be influenced by many factors,including obstructive interval,method of operation,physician’s skill,and so on.更多还原
