【摘要】 目的:了解综合医院HIV、梅毒感染状况,探讨应对措施。方法:对我院及国内部分综合医院HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测结果进行统计分析研究。结果:HIV/AIDS、梅毒患者在医院绝大多数科室均有发现。结论:建议综合性医院应把HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检验作为住院病人的一项常规必查项目。同时应积极对医务人员开展HIV、梅毒相关知识培训,树立标准预防观念,在诊疗过程中采取必要且充分的防护措施,尽量减少乃至避免职业暴露和医源性传播的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To learn about the HIV,syphilis infection situation in general hospitals,and to propose some prevention measures.Method:The data of HIV antibodies and syphilis antibody test results in some general hospitals were statistically analyzed.Results;HIV/AIDS,syphilis patients are found in most of the departments of the general hospitals.Conclusion: It is recommended that the general hospitals should set HIV antibodies and syphilis antibody test as routine tests for hospitalized patients.At the same time,the medical professionals should be educated to acquire HIV and syphilis knowledge,and to formulate the prevention conception against AIDS and syphilis.Protective measures have to be taken in the diagnosis and treatment process to avoid exposure to and spreading of these infectious diseases.更多还原
