山西省谷子白发病菌种分类及致病能力的研究

【摘要】 为了探索谷子白发病在山西省谷子主产区的危害程度和分布规律,进而挖掘抗白发病谷子新种质。2011—2012年在汾阳市用采自山西省5个地区白发病菌种,以此新制造的卵孢子菌土采用种子包衣和菌土覆盖播种层的接种方法,对13个谷子品种接种进行山西省谷子白发病菌分类的试验研究。根据5个地区参试菌种对13个品种的致病性表现,初步将山西省白发病菌划分为4类。明确了谷子主产区白发病分布情况,在山西省5个谷子主产区中,晋中地区白发病菌菌株致病力最强,危害最大,其次是长治地区。同时,根据13个品系在5个地区白发病菌株的抗性表现,筛选‘晋汾97’、‘K34-1’等10个抗或中抗白发病新品种,为山西省谷子抗病品种选育和新品种推广提供依据。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the millet diseases in major millet growing area of Shanxi Province and the extent of distribution,thereby new germplasm resistant millet white incidence was found.From 2011 to 2012 in Fenyang City in 5 areas from Shanxi Province poliosis spawn,inoculation method of oospore soil seed coating and soil bacteria seed coat were manufactured,millet in Shanxi Province bacteria was classified,by inoculation of 13 strains of millet.According to the pathogenic bacteria of 13 species showed from 5 regions,preliminary Shanxi Province could be divided into four types of poliosis spawn.Poliosis distribution in the major production region of millet were clear,in five millet production area in Shanxi Province,Jinzhong City was the largest area of white pathogens virulent,harmful,followed by Changzhi Area.At the same time,according to the 13 lines’ resistance of poliosis spawn in 5 areas,‘Fenjin 97’,‘K34-1’etc 10 new lines of resistant or middle resistant poliosis were screened,it provided basis for millet breeding resistant varieties and spreading new varieties in Shanxi Province.
