【摘要】 目的了解上海市宝山区青春期学生屈光状态及双眼协动参数分布情况,分析并评价他们的双眼视功能。方法选取上海市宝山区在校12～15(13.25±0.78)岁学生631人(其中男325人,女306人),知情同意原则下,检查并分析视力、屈光度、主导眼远近立体视觉及双眼协动参数。结果上海宝山区青春期学生视力低常率为62.28%,其中男186人,女207人,等效球镜度数为(-2.14±1.75)DS,眼轴长度为(24.10±1.65)mm。远立体视存在629人(99.68%),2人不存在(0.32%)。近立体视:黄斑立体视觉478人(75.75%),中心立体视126人(19.97%),周边立体视20人(3.17%),无近立体视7人(1.11%)。调节灵活度(6.42±2.80)个周期,集合近点(5.73±1.29)cm,AC/A为(4.01±1.85)D。性别不同,等效球镜度数、近立体视觉和双眼融合功能差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),年龄、集合近点、AC/A、调节灵活度、远立体视差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);双眼不同屈光程度组的AC/A值、集合近点、调节灵活度差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论青春发育期的学生双眼协动参数的异常与屈光状态相关,提示我们在控制近视进展的工作中应该重视双眼协动参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the refractive state and distribution of binocular co-motion parameters distribution of the adolescent students in Shanghai Baoshan district,and evaluate the students’ binocular vision.Methods A total of 631 students(325 boys,306 girls),aged from 12 to 15(13.25±0.78)years in Shanghai Baoshan District Secondary School,were collected.Their visual acuity,refraction,dominant eye,far and near stereoscopic vision and binocular co-motion parameters were examined and analyzed after they were fully informed of.Results The student vision abnormal rate was 62.28%(186 boys,207 girls),spherical equivalent was(-2.14±1.75)DS and the axial length was(24.10±1.65)mm.Six hundred and twenty-nine cases(99.68%) of them had distant stereopsis,and the other 2 had not.The results of the near stereopsis was divided into four groups:stereopsis in macular flava 478 persons(75.75%),stereopsis in the central 126 persons(19.97%),stereopsis at the edge of the fovea 20 persons(3.17%) and none near stereopsis 7 persons(1.11%).The value of the accommodation flexibility was(6.42±2.80) cycles per minute,and the near point of convergence was(5.73±1.29)cm and the AC/A was (4.01±1.85)D.The correlations of gender and spherical equivalent degree,near stereopsis visual acuity and binocular fusion function were statistically significant(P<0.05);The correlations of gender and age,near point of convergence,AC/A,accommodation flexibility and distant and near stereopsis were no statistically significant(P>0.05);The AC/A ratio,near point of convergence and accommodation flexibility in different diopter groups were significantly different(all P<0.05).Conclusion Anomalies of the binocular co-motion parameters of adolescent students correlates to the refractive status,which shows that we should pay more attention to binocular co-motion parameters during the prevention and treatment of myopia.更多还原
