【摘要】 目的探讨增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)患者血清中转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-β1)、结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)水平的变化及其意义。方法收集76例糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清标本,将其分为2组:40例为非增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)组;36例为PDR组。同时收集36例健康人血清为正常对照(normal contro,l NC)组。采用ELISA法检测各组患者血清中TGF-β1和CTGF的水平。结果 NC组、NPDR组、PDR组患者血清中TGF-β1含量分别为(0.39±0.05)μg·L-1、(0.43±0.05)μg·L-1、(0.80±0.08)μg·L-1,CTGF含量分别为(1.48±0.09)μg·L-1、(1.57±0.12)μg·L-1、(2.01±0·13)μg·L-1。PDR组患者血清中TGF-β1、CTGF水平明显高于NPDR组和NC组(均为P<0.01),NPDR组与NC组相比差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论 PDR患者血清中高表达TGF-β1、CTGF,TGF-β1、CTGF可能在PDR的发生和发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)in serum of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods By enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the serum levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in 36 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR),40 cases of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)and 36 cases of normal control(NC)were measured.Results TGF-β1 in patients’ serum in NC,NPDR and PDR group were(0.39±0.05)μg·L-1,(0.43±0.05)μg·L-1,(0.80±0.08)μg·L-1,respectively,and CTGF were(1.48±0.09)μg·L-1,(1.57±0.12)μg·L-1,(2.01±0.13)μg·L-1,respectively.TGF-β1 and CTGF in PDR group were significantly higher than those in NPDR group(P<0.01)and NC group(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance between NPDR group and NC group(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF are up-regulated in serum of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.TGF-β1 and CTGF may play an important role in the process of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
