【摘要】 伴随国际大都会风貌的瞬息万变,城市现代建筑亦不断地被拆除和重建,但很少人会留意到都市肌理的旧有系统如何引领城市的发展。在香港的中环区,建筑师在设计现代商业建筑时,采取了创意的改造而非全盘重建的办法,并研究了这些现代建筑的设计初衷,甚至将其建筑特征应功能需求做出改变,演绎出传统的都市生活价值,表达了当下优质的城市设计精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scene of mode rn metropolis changes quickly,and its modern architectu res are being constantly demolished and rebuilt.But few people notice how the traditional urban fabric actually would direct the development of the city.In the Central District of Hong Kong,when conceiving several modern commercial buildings,architects developed a design strategy of innovative adaptation instead of reconstruction.They studied the original design concepts of these modern architecture,and adjusted some architectural characteristics in order to be compatible with changed functions.The result reveals the values of traditionaI urban Iife.and expresses the spirit of contemporary quality urban design.更多还原
