【摘要】 目的探究应用卡铂、诺维苯联合治疗上颚癌患者的临床疗效。方法新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2009年10月-2012年10月共40例上颚癌患者,单用组(20例)用诺维苯(NVB)治疗,联合组(20例)予卡铂(CBP)+诺维苯(NVB)联合治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效及毒副反应。结果联合组疗效满意率为95%,单用组疗效满意率为90%,联合组较单用组疗效满意率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NVB、CBP联合方案治疗疗效满意度较高,毒副反应少见,并无伴随药物的联合使用而增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Navelbine(NVB)combined with Carboplatin(CBP)Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for maxillary cancer.Methods The total of 40patients with maxillary cancer from October,2009to October,2012were collected.One group with 20patients were treated with Navelbine,another group with 20patients were treated with NVB Combined with CBP.The short-term efficacy and toxicity were compared.Results Effect of satisfaction rate in NVB group was 90%,and in combined group was 95%,it has statistical significance.There was no statistical significance in toxicity.Conclusion The therapy of NVB combined with CBP is of high satisfactory rate and low toxicity.更多还原
