【摘要】 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑推理法等研究方法从人力资源开发与管理的概念入手,结合乌鲁木齐中小学体育教师人力资源开发与管理的地位与作用,立足教师队伍的现状,同时结合人力资源开发与管理现状,从招聘、激励、绩效评价、培训等方面分析其存在的主要问题,认为乌鲁木齐中小学体育教师对学校的各种规章制度比较满意,比较适合体育人力资源的发展。建议:积极优化人才储备的环境,提高创新能力;建立人才资源调控体系,革新资源理念;规划人才资源建设体系,完善体育人才激励机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article uses the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,logic method and other research methods,from the perspective of the concept of human resource development and management,combining with the urumqi elementary and middle schools physical education teachers in human resources development and management of the status and role,based in urumqi,the present situation of the sports teachers of primary and secondary schools,at the same time,combining with the urumqi elementary and middle schools sports teachers’current human resources development and management,from recruitment,incentive,performance evaluation,training,etc,to analyze its main problems,think of the urumqi elementary and middle schools physical education teachers to the school rules and regulations more satisfied,more suitable for sports human resources development and so on.Suggestions:actively optimize talent pool environment,improve the innovation ability;Set up human resources control system,concept of innovation resources;Planning of human resources construction system,perfect the sports talent incentive mechanism.更多还原
