一种新疆设施番茄新病害病原的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Pathogens of a New Tomato Disease in Greenhouses in Xinjiang
【摘要】 【目的】明确新疆喀什地区英吉沙县和疏勒县温室中番茄新发生病害的病原。【方法】采集番茄病果、病叶和病茎并分别在燕麦和黑麦选择性培养基上进行组织分离并观察病菌形态特征。【结果】喷雾回接健康番茄植株,植株发病症状与田间一致,组织分离并镜检,确定温室中番茄新发生病害的病原是Phytophthorainfestans(Mont.)De Bary。P.infestans在两种选择性培养基上均可分离培养,发病植株组织中,果实和茎组织易分离岔P.infestans,两种选择性培养基都可分离出番茄晚疫病菌,果实组织和茎组织易分离番茄晚疫病菌。【结论】喀什地区英吉沙县与疏勒县温室中番茄新病害是番茄晚疫病。
【Abstract】 [Objective]In order to make sure the pathogens of a new tomato disease in greenhouses in Yingjisha County and Shule County of Kashi Prefecture.[Method]Diseased tomato fruits,leaves and stems were collected and separated in a organized way in oat and rye selective medium and their morphology characteristics were observed by microscopes.[Result]Healthy tomato plants went through back inoculation by spray,and during which it should be made sure that the symptom of the plant was consistent with that of the field.After they underwent organization separation and microscopic examination,it was determined that the disease was caused by Phytophthora infestans(Mont.) De Bary.The pathogens can be separated by the two selective medium,in particular,more easily from the diseased fruits and stems.[Conclusion]The newlyfound tomato disease in greenhouses in Yingjisha County and Shule County of Kashi Prefecture in Xinjiang is tomato late blight.
