弱光下生长调节剂对小麦生长的影响

【摘要】 【目的】光照对光合作用至关重要。弱光影响作物的生长,尤其影响作物的光合效率,进而影响其产量。研究通过外源施加生长调节剂来促进弱光下小麦的生长,明确生长调节剂对弱光下小麦生长的调控作用,为减轻果麦间作果树对小麦的遮荫提供理论依据。【方法】弱光条件下,选用新春37号小麦作为试验对象,分别在小麦幼苗期、拔节期、孕穗期外源喷施不同生长调节剂,以清水喷施作为对照,抽穗后期分析其相关生理生化指标与光合强度变化。【结果】通过外源施加生长调节剂能够提高弱光条件下小麦叶绿素含量,提高净光合速率,增加可溶性糖含量,提高SOD、CAT活性,降低丙二醛含量。【结论】在弱光环境下当外源施加5 mg/L细胞分裂素+0.02%油菜素内酯+少许吐温时有助于小麦的生长。

【Abstract】 [Objective]Light is essential to photosynthesis.Low light level affects the growth of crops, especially affects the photosynthetic efficiency of crops,thereby affecting its production.The aim of the study is to improve the wheat growth by applying appropriate exogenous growth regulators in a low light level environment,so that the adverse effects caused by fruit and wheat interplant in the 3 administrative districts of Southern Xinjiang can be relieved.[Method]Xinchun 37 were planted under a low light level condition,and different exogenous growth regulators were applied by spraying respectively during the seedling,jointing and booting stage while water was sprayed as control.Relative changes of physiology and biochemistry as well as photosynthetic were detected and analyzed after heading stage.[Result]Results showed that wheat chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content increased,while MDA content decreased,at the same time net photosynthetic rate increased after appropriate exogenous growth regulators were applied.[Conclusion]When exogenously applied,5 mg/L cytokinin +0.02%brassinolide + a little Tween can contribute to the growth of wheat in a low light level environment.
