1,10-邻菲罗啉并咪唑类受体与阴离子作用研究

【摘要】 设计并合成了邻菲罗啉并咪唑类阴离子受体2-(4-溴苯酚基)-1H-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲罗啉,对其进行了紫外-可见,X衍射单晶衍射表征.通过荧光滴定、理论计算和晶体结构分析,研究了受体对5种阴离子(F、Cl、Br、I、H2PO24、CH3COO)的传感作用及作用机理.结果表明受体对CH3COO、F、H2PO24有很强的传感作用,形成1:1的氢键超分子,对Cl的作用较弱,对Br、I没有明显传感作用.

【Abstract】 Anion receptors of 2-(4-Br-phenoly)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline(TM) was designed and synthesized, and the structure was confirmed through single crystal X-ray difraction. Anion sensing and the mechanism studies were carried out by UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence titration. The receptors exhibited sensing towards CH3 COO, F, H2 PO2 4, and weakly sensing towards Cl with inconspicuous response towards Br, I. The receptors formed hydrogen bond supramolecular with anions F, H2 PO2 4, CH3 COO as 1:1. The receptors formed hydrogen bond supramolecular with Cl.
