【摘要】 目的了解海南垦区5岁以下儿童家长手足口病防治知识知晓情况,为预防手足口病提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,使用"儿童家长手足口病KAP调查表"对海南垦区5岁以下2 806名儿童家长进行横断面调查。结果 5岁以下儿童家长对手足口病防治基本知识认知总体平均得分为(68.05±13.44)分,总及格率为79.2%。不同性别、不同年龄、不同工作、不同文化程度、不同地区家长间及格率差别均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析表明,儿童家长年龄(OR=1.215)、性别(OR=0.739)、文化程度(OR=1.457)、孩子是否患过手足口病(OR=0.576)及地区是手足口病防治知识知晓情况的主要影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论 5岁以下儿童家长对手足口病防治知识认知较高。应根据儿童家长的特点,采取多元化的健康教育,最大程度地降低手足口病患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate knowledge on Hand-Foot-Mouth disease(HFMD) among parents of the children under 5 years old in Hainan Reclamation area,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of HFMD. Methods Using the multi-stage random sampling method,questionnaire survey on HFMD’ s prevention knowledge were implemented among 2 806 of parents.
