【摘要】 目的了解在校大学生性健康状况,为开展针对性的性健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取参加性健康教育讲座的广西大学生6 236名,采用问卷及体格检查方式进行性健康现况调查。结果 2 057名(33.0%)大学生报告有过性行为,其中1 784名(86.7%)有过2个及以上性伴侣,1 173名(57.0%)发生首次性行为时未采取任何避孕措施。首次性行为发生在初中阶段的有77.1%未采取任何避孕措施。在有性行为的917名女生中,共301名(32.8%)女生有非意愿妊娠经历。结论婚前性行为、无保护性行为等对身心健康的危害教育应从初中生抓起,以树立健康文明的性观念和性道德。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the sexual behavior especially focusing on prevalence of premarital sex among college men and to investigate the factors surrounding premarital sexual behavior.Methods A total of 3 992 male students from 13 colleges in Hangzhou were investigated by self-developed questionnaire on premarital sexual behavior.Results About 91.0% respondents approved premarital sex behavior under certain conditions.About 22.5% of all the college men reported having premarital sexual behavior.Mean age of first sexual behavior was 18.8 years old.Money spend very months was the most important factor affecting attitude and behaviors towards premarital sex.By using Logistic regression analysis,parental educational level,family connection,attitude toward premarital sex and multiple sex partners associated with premarital sexual behavior among male college students.Conclusion Most male college students approve premarital sex.Appropriate sexual health education and guidance should be strengthened among college students by family,school and society更多还原
