【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下颞肌筋膜鼻中隔穿孔修补术的临床疗效。方法分析鼻内镜下颞肌筋膜鼻中隔穿孔修补术患者15例的临床资料,观察鼻中隔穿孔的愈合情况及鼻腔生理功能。其中穿孔直径<1cm小穿孔10例,>1cm大穿孔5例,局麻9例,全麻6例,全部采用鼻内镜下颞肌筋膜修补鼻中隔穿孔,鼻中隔明显偏曲者先行偏曲矫正,术后抗炎治疗1周。结果 14例鼻中隔穿孔完全愈合,愈合率达93.3%;1例(6.7%)部分愈合。复查鼻腔生理功能改善,无干燥、鼻出血、鼻塞、头痛。随访1～8年,未见再穿孔及并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下颞肌筋膜鼻中隔穿孔修补术不仅能修补小穿孔,也能修补大穿孔。颞肌筋膜是鼻中隔修补的理想材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of temporal fascia in nasal endoscopic repairing of nasal septal perforation.Methods The clinical data from 15cases of nasal septal perforation patients repaired with temporal fascia under nasal endoscopy were retrospectively analyzed,and the outcome of nasal septum perforation and nasal physiological functions were observed.10patients had the nasal septum perforation smaller than 1cm,and the other 5patients were larger than 1cm.9and 6patients received operations under local and general anesthesia,respectively.The patients present of deflection of nasal septum should firstly correct the septum deviation.All patients received postoperative anti-inflammatory therapy for a week.Results 14patients healed completely,that made the recovery rate of 93.3%.The nasal physiological function was improved,and we found no case present of nasal dryness,epistaxis,rhinocleisis or headache.After followed up for 1-8years,no case occurred with re-perforation or complication.Conclusion The temporal fascia in nasal endoscopic repairing of nasal septal perforation can not only repair small perforation,but also can repair a larger perforation.Temporal fascia is the ideal material in repairing of nasal septum.更多还原
