【摘要】 目的观察氯氮平治疗脑卒中后精神障碍的有效性和安全性。方法急性脑卒中后阳性精神障碍患者32例,应用氯氮平治疗25mg/次、2次/日。比较治疗前和治疗7d后阳性精神症状评分、医疗保健评分和睡眠时间及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗7d后阳性精神症状评分、医疗保健评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),睡眠时间延长(P<0.01),未出现严重不良反应。结论应用小剂量氯氮平治疗急性脑卒中后阳性精神障碍安全有效,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of clozapine for mental disorders of stroke patient.Methods 32acute stroke patients with positive mental disorders were treated with clozapine.The positive symptom scale,health care ratings,sleep time and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were monitored.Results 7days After treatment,the positive symptom scale,health care scores decreased(P<0.01).Sleep time extended(P<0.01).The bad effects were not observed.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat acute stroke with positive mental disorders with clozapine.更多还原
